But anyway, on the account of Joker living for months with Titan poisoning while Batman would die in a few hours from Joker’s blood, I think it has to do with two things…

1) Joker has a powerful immunity to toxins but not powerful enough to stop Titan poisoning

or…

2) Joker’s blood is already toxic so Batman could die from a transfusion even if Joker was healthy.

I’d pick 1) over 2) but you choose whichever.
